New Manufacturer = New Samples and Unforeseen Delays

Hello friends!

I am so sorry for the delay on updates, time has escaped me this past month and I have been busy hounding my manufacturer about things.  Unfortunately, I have not received the new samples from KeyGeek yet, so I have been unable to quality check them.  This has been super frustrating as they have also been pretty MIA as far as updating me on progress goes or why there have been delays.  I am being fully transparent with you as I am sure you are also frustrated.

I explained to them how frustrating this is and what bad business practice it is; as they have been unable to stick to their original promised timelines and have not given me any reasons why.  All I have been told is that there are "unforeseen complications" and "emergency repairs".  However, this comes after multiple unanswered requests for updates on my end...  The good news is that I should have the samples shipped out to me this week so that I can do some quality testing and approve final production.

The group buy was a success!!!  That is the good news, in that we do have enough funds to complete the MOQ and begin final production as soon as I approve those samples.  This is do in large part to you fine folks, so I thank you so much for your support and patience during this endeavor.  Not only that, but I have secured at least 1 vendor who will also be carrying the POMkin switches once they are produced.  That was one of the main reasons we switched manufacturers in the first place.  This vendor believes the quality will be much better, so I am looking forward to testing that myself.

Again, I am sorry about the lack of update in October, but I had no news to share other than my struggles getting in communication with KeyGeek and updates on the POMkin switch samples.  As soon as the samples are shipped and I receive that confirmation, I will post another update later this week.
